Job Title: Pot Packhouse Team Leader/Cell Leader

Contract Type: Full-time permanent
Shift: 5-day week
Pay Rate: £12.80 per hour

As a Cell Leader/Supervisor, you will be essential in ensuring customer demands are met, taking pride in the operation of your line, and ensuring our herb products are dispatched at the highest quality. You will own the line, ensuring it runs safely, efficiently, remains clean, and meets customer specifications while minimizing waste.

This role involves standing for extended periods and working in a temperature-controlled (8-10 C) warehouse environment with loud machinery. Physical stamina is important.
