5 Months Fixed-Term, Whole-time Post

The postdoctoral researcher will work within the Universal Design Unit. The unit is currently being established to embed Universal Design across all domains of university life. The unit will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to build on existing initiatives in universal design and develop and implement a whole-of-university approach to Universal Design. The post-doctoral researcher will support the principal investigator to review and adapt approaches to researching Universal Design in Higher Education. With the principal investigator, the post holder will design the strategy for collecting and analysing baseline data, identification of key indicators and methodology for monitoring and evaluation. Key duties and responsibilities will include policy analysis and development, research design, stakeholder engagement, support of project management including research ethics, data management and project reporting, and dissemination to diverse stakeholders
