Postdoctoral Research Fellow - Targeted radionuclide therapy

Salary Range: £45,600 - £49,350 per annum

Under the leadership of Gabriela Kramer-Marek, we seek to appoint a Postdoctoral Research Fellow to manage studies related to targeted radionuclide therapy (TRT) in models of glioblastoma, both in vitro and in vivo.
Key Requirements- PhD in chemical or biomedical sciences (or relevant field).
- Advanced knowledge in radiolabelling of monoclonal antibodies and small proteins.
- Experience in developing and optimizing in vitro and in vivo efficacy assays.
- Knowledge of preclinical molecular imaging.
- Understanding of glioblastoma biology.
- Experience with cell biology techniques (e.g., confocal microscopy, FACS, Western blotting, IHC).
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Accurate record-keeping and data management skills.
The Division of Radiotherapy and Imaging explores new imaging methods for cancer diagnosis and treatment evaluation, focusing on molecular biology and imaging techniques to assess tumor response in vivo.
The Preclinical Molecular Imaging Group develops innovative imaging biomarkers for tumor response and resistance, emphasizing targeted therapies and immunotherapies.
