Dangote Industries Limited is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to warmly welcome Salesforce Premier customers post-sale. This crucial role focuses on ensuring a positive initial experience for customers while helping them achieve their business objectives with Service Cloud.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, 3+ years of Salesforce experience, and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders from admin to C-suite. Fluency in English and Italian is required.
