Post-Merger HR Transformation Partner & Policy Lead

Ports North is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner / HR Consultant to transform HR practices following an acquisition. This role involves reviewing and modernising HR policies, leading the redevelopment of the employee handbook, and supporting the implementation of a new HRIS platform. The ideal candidate is CIPD qualified with extensive employee relations experience and thrives in fast-paced environments. This is a 6-month contract with potential for extension or transition into a permanent position.
