Job Synopsis

The Mukherjee Group at the University of Limerick invites applications for a Postdoctoral Researcher to join the PUREFRAME (Purification through Energy-efficient Framework Materials) project. The successful candidate will develop and investigate advanced microporous framework materials for energy-efficient separation and purification of industrially important commodity chemicals. The role will involve materials synthesis, structural and physicochemical characterisation, adsorption and separation studies, and interpretation of structure-property relationships. The researcher will work within a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment and contribute to high-quality publications and wider project outputs. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in porous materials, molecular separations, and sustainable chemical processing.
