Post Completion in Central London (Hybrid Working)

A Central London firm is looking for a paralegal to work at their office located a short walk from Liverpool Street Underground Station. Please note, this firm is always happy to offer hybrid working with their roles. The role will be to work in the property department, administering all postcompletion work on freehold and leasehold transactions. Applicants should have a minimum of 12 months previous experience in a postcompletion role within a UK solicitors' firm and a good understanding of Land Registry processes, SDLT and postcompletion requirements The role is full-time, permanent and salary Levels will be 35k to 38k depending on experience.
