Nurse in the Recovery RoomThe La Source Clinic is a unique multidisciplinary acute care facility. We are looking for a Nurse in the Recovery Room with the following details:Reference: CLS/RH Type of contract: Permanent contract at 100% Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM at the earliest to 8:00 PM at the latest + on-call duty between 9 AM and 8 PM one weekend per month on average Start date: As soon as we find the right person Location: In the heart of Lausanne (M2 X Riponne" or Bus 2, 3 or 21 stop "Beaulieu-Jomini")Why do we need you?Following the departure of one of our team members engaged in a project, we wish to welcome a new nurse in the recovery room. Your presence will allow us to continue offering support and security to patients during this key phase of their journey, while also strengthening the cohesion of a close-knit team.What will you be doing?- Ensuring the monitoring of patients from various surgical specialties and the interventional sector (endoscopy, radiology), utilizing your clinical skills and analytical capability.- Collaborating closely with all health professionals to guarantee the continuity, safety, and quality of care.- Providing individualized and high-quality care while respecting institutional protocols, hygiene, asepsis, and safety standards, while also considering the comfort of patients.- Actively participating in the life of the service and contributing to the development projects of the unit.Who will you be working with?The Recovery Room team consists of 5 experienced nurses within a unit of 8 beds. It operates in a warm, rigorous environment, ensuring secure and high-quality care. Close cooperation with anesthetic nurses and anesthetists fosters a relationship of trust and optimal continuity of care. Jean-Marc Dehillotte, Head of Anesthesia, Recovery Room, and Pre-anesthesia, has over 25 years of experience in this field.
