Portfolio Tenancy Manager Hybrid Role + Commission

The Property Quarter in Hitchin is seeking a Tenancy Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of approximately 150 properties, serving as the primary contact for landlords and tenants. This role offers hybrid working between home and the Hitchin office, with a focus on compliance, renewals and smooth tenancy management.

You will coordinate maintenance, respond to tenant queries and manage notices, deposits and disputes, while building strong relationships and delivering outstanding service.
