Purpose of the job:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Portfolio Surveyor to manage and optimise the HA' property portfolio. This role involves identifying acquisition opportunities, executing property swaps, and managing the disposal of residential stock to align with organisational strategy and market conditions.
