Portfolio Servicing Analyst

Our client is a leading global investment management house known for its innovative approach to multi-asset and fixed income investing. As part of their continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Portfolio Servicing Analyst to join their high-performing Fixed Income Operations team on a permanent basis.

Reporting into a senior member of the Investment Operations group, the Portfolio Servicing Analyst will take responsibility for the following duties:

• Deliver front-line operational support to Fixed Income Portfolio Managers, providing insight and oversight across liquidity, cashflows, IBOR, and trading activity
• Respond to investment queries, monitor portfolio movements and proactively engage with teams across Settlements, Risk, and Data
• Support the accurate management and delivery of investment and index data
• Identify and escalate operational incidents, while contributing to the continuous improvement of controls and processes
• Drive initiatives across automation, workflow optimisation and process enhancement
• Participate in broader projects aimed at enhancing investment support infrastructure

The Portfolio Servicing Analyst will meet the following skillset:

• Previous experience in investment operations, data management or front-office support within asset management
• Strong working knowledge of fixed income instruments and the investment lifecycle
• Hands-on experience with portfolio management systems (ideally Aladdin), and proficiency in Excel
• A proactive and analytical mindset, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and build relationships with portfolio managers and traders
• Degree educated; progress toward or completion of a relevant qualification (e.g. CFA, IOC) is advantageous

This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated operations professional to move into a hands-on, front-office aligned role supporting a globally recognised Fixed Income team.

The role is based in the City of London and offers a hybrid working model.
