Analyze, organize portfolio of holdings in healthcare and real estate arenas. Work directly with owner/managing member to improve vitality of different assets. Seek, analyze, prepare and present future opportunities. Essentially, work with the boss to make portfolio less stressful, more profitable and valuable while building one's own knowledge base, wealth, and CV.

Location: Remote/Flexible (Albany/Capital Region preferred)

Hours: 10-20 hours per week

About Us: Epic Airway Systems is an innovative medical device startup, and we're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with our CEO, Dr. Eric Moses, and gain hands-on experience in both real estate and the startup ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with Dr. Eric Moses with various real estate business tasks and projects.

Conduct LinkedIn research to identify and track potential investors.

Help organize and maintain outreach efforts for our due diligence reports.

Collaborate with the team to streamline communication and outreach strategies.

Qualifications:

Current college student (junior or senior) or recent graduate.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Familiarity with LinkedIn and Excel, ability to conduct targeted searches.

Interest in real estate and/or startups is a plus.

Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work independently.
