- Shape, challenge and prioritise technology demand to maximise business value.
- Balance strategic demand against technology capacity, capability and investment.
- Lead portfolio governance, executive reporting and performance management across multiple programmes.
- Manage portfolio-level risks, dependencies, issues and escalations.
- Influence investment decisions, technology roadmaps and transformation priorities.
- Ensure successful mobilisation and delivery of complex digital and technology programmes.
- Collaborate with delivery, architecture, engineering and commercial teams to enable successful outcomes.
- Provide strategic leadership across large-scale change initiatives within a complex, matrix environment.
- Coach and influence senior stakeholders to continuously improve portfolio maturity and delivery capability.
We're looking for an experienced Technology and Portfolio leader who is comfortable operating at executive level and has a proven track record of delivering complex transformation programmes across large organisations.

- Demand and capacity management
- Budget ownership and investment planning
- Large-scale digital and business transformation

- Leading within highly regulated or enterprise environments
- Building collaborative relationships across business and technology functions
Desirable experience includes:
- Defence, Minitstry of Defence, Justice & Immigration or National Security sector experience
- Public Sector or Government delivery
- Security Clearance (SC) or have previously obtained clearance
- An understanding of public sector governance and delivery frameworks
You'll be a commercially minded, strategic leader who can confidently influence senior stakeholders, navigate ambiguity and provide the leadership required to successfully deliver critical transformation programmes.
