Port Gatehouse Admin & Customer Service Specialist

HEYSHAM PORT LTD is seeking a Port Administrator to be the face of our terminal. Based in the gatehouse, you will greet drivers, verify documentation and manage in/out bookings to keep traffic moving safely.

You will also handle port admin tasks, update records and generate reports to support finance and operations. The role combines customer service, administration and operational support in a busy port environment.
