Polish Speaking Customer Service Advisor (Recalls Team) Remote Working £13.40 per hour
Fully Remote (occasional office visits for training and team days)
Monday to Friday 8:00am-4:00pm or 9:00am-5:00pm
Immediate Start Temporary assignment until October

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling inbound and outbound customer enquiries in both Polish and English
  
  
• Providing clear and accurate information regarding product recalls
  
  
• Updating customer records and maintaining accurate data
  
  
• Responding to emails and correspondence professionally
  
  
• Delivering excellent customer service and resolving queries efficiently
  
  

What We're Looking For: Fluent spoken and written Polish and English
Strong customer service and communication skills
Good IT and administrative skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Professional and positive attitude

Additional Information:

• Fully remote role with occasional visits to the Basildon office for training and team events
  
  
• Equipment provided (laptop, headset and other necessary items) which must be collected from the office before starting
  
  
• Immediate start available
  
  
• Assignment expected to run until October
