Polarion Developer and technical Consultant (f/m/d) - remote - March 2026

For a client project we are looking for a/-n Polarion Developer and technical Consultant (f/m/d) - remote - March 2026

Task:
- Deep mastery of Polarion architecture, configuration, Scripting, workflows, and governance models
- End-to-end expertise in Requirements, Test, Defect, Risk, and Release Management
- Strong background in integrating Polarion with Teamcenter
- Leadership in ALM process transformation
- Designing enterprise ALM blueprints and driving ALM strategy with senior stakeholders
- Leading global implementation and rollout projects with cross-functional teams
- Defining governance, permission models, templates, and reporting standards
- Coaching architects, developers, and process owners; conducting advanced workshops
- Managing complex integrations, performance optimization, and long-term life cycle planning
- Executive advisory on ALM maturity, best practices, and harmonization initiatives

Requirement:
-Longterm project experience in Polarion consulting and configuratin
-Longterm project experience in architecture, configuration, Scripting, workflows, and governance models
-Solution driven mindset - expert
