Location: Basingstoke Rate: £500 per day (Contract)Clearance: DV - UK Sole Nationality RequiredDuration: 6 months plus Working Pattern: Monday-Friday

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced PMO RAID Specialist to support a major government programme undergoing significant change. You will play a vital role in ensuring strong governance, clear visibility of risks and issues, and high-quality reporting across a complex portfolio. This is a fast-paced, structured environment where accuracy, collaboration, and continuous improvement are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date RAID logs and trackers across the programme.
• Lead RAID workshops to identify, assess and prioritise risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies.
• Ensure consistent RAID standards and governance controls across the portfolio.
• Improve PMO processes and tooling, including Excel, SharePoint, Jira and reporting systems.
• Prepare and present clear RAID dashboards and reports for project boards and governance forums.
• Provide RAID advisory support to programme teams.
• Support general PMO activities in line with the PMO Charter.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

• Strong RAID management capability with proven experience in complex programmes.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Excel and good working knowledge of SharePoint.
• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-moving environment.
