PMO Director: Governance, Delivery & Change

CPL Healthcare is seeking a Head of Programme Management Office (PMO) for An Coimisiún. The role oversees the PMO, governance and reporting across a growing project portfolio, providing guidance and assurance to enable successful delivery of the Work Programme.

The role partners with senior leaders and sponsors to mature PMO capabilities. The position is hybrid, based in Dublin, offering 35 hours per week, a fixed-term contract to Sept 2028 and a 30-day annual leave entitlement.
