PMO Analyst - PowerBI

London x3 Days on-site

£450p/d Inside IR35

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive PMO Analyst to join our Project Delivery Practice. This role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality reporting, governance, and data integrity across our project portfolio. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver insightful reporting and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver executive-level reporting packs and dashboards for senior leadership.

  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide Real Time portfolio insights.

  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency in Planview, collaborating with Project Managers to maintain standards.

  • Support governance activities including scheduling, agenda setting, minute-taking, and action tracking.

  • Gather, validate, and analyse management information (MI) from programme and project teams.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO tools, templates, and processes.

  • Provide ad hoc support to the International Head of Change Management on strategic initiatives.

  • Serve as a key point of contact for PMO-related queries within the CTO function.

Key Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a PMO role within a central or enterprise-level environment.

  • Strong Power BI skills, including dashboard creation and data modelling.

  • Hands-on experience with Planview or similar PPM tools.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Formal project management training (eg, Prince II, PMI, APM).
