PMO Analyst - ERP

Our global retail client are looking for a PMO Analyst to join their team, to help with their global, multi-year, Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O ERP implementation. The PMO Analyst, based in London will report to the Head of PMO and support the successful delivery of the ERP programme by assisting with governance, planning, and execution of the D365 Global Core Model.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Drive tracking and reporting programme progress through structured, data-driven reports and dashboards, offering visibility into status, risks, and key performance indicators.

- Work closely with leadership to help adjust plans and priorities based on evolving programme needs and business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

- Assist in maintaining project teams to optimise the use of planning processes and tools to improve efficiency and alignment.

THE ROLE:

- 3x per week in the Central London offices.

- Permanent role with a salary of circa £60,000 per annum

MUST HAVE:

- Expertise in project management tools such as Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, PowerBI and Excel.

- Experience managing large scale ERP transformations (D365 preferred).

- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage senior stakeholders.
