PMO - CFO Transformation

PMO - CFO Transformation vacancy for our Zürich based client in the Banking sector.

Your tasks:

• Coordinate strategic transformation initiatives across key CFO domains, including Treasury, Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Regulatory Reporting, Pricing, Product Control, Tax, and the Financial Data Store.
• Support planning, milestone tracking, and overall delivery across design, build, and testing phases.
• Coordinate business requirements and ensure effective requirements management throughout the project life cycle.
• Support governance activities, meeting preparation, and committee coordination.
• Prepare executive reporting, status updates, and management information for stakeholders.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies while supporting cross-functional alignment.

Your experience/knowledge:

• Proven experience in project planning and tracking within complex transformation environments.
• Strong background in requirements coordination and management.
• Experience supporting governance, meetings, and committee processes.
• Ability to produce clear executive reporting and management updates.
• Language skills: English and German fluent

Your soft skills:

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Structured, analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
