We are a welcoming specialist school in Bradford that supports pupils across all Key Stages with PMLD and complex needs. The successful PMLD and Complex Needs Specialist Teaching Assistant will provide both 1:1 and classroom support, assisting pupils with their learning while delivering personal care and manual handling safely and with dignity as part of their daily routine.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children or young people with PMLD and complex needs
• Confidence providing personal care and manual handling support
• Experience working on a 1:1 basis and within a classroom environment
• A patient, caring and compassionate approach to supporting pupils with additional needs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive, flexible and proactive attitude
