Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Business Analyst (PM/BA) to support key initiatives in the Ecommerce and Retail Loyalty Applications space. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of project management, business analysis, and stakeholder engagement skills, along with hands-on exposure to relevant technical environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable deliverables.

• Manage and prioritize product backlogs to align with business objectives.

• Coordinate with offshore and onshore teams to ensure seamless execution.

• Drive the product vision and strategy for B2B/B2C Web Applications and Loyalty Apps.

• Conduct requirement gathering, solution design, build/configuration, QA/UAT, and training.

• Track and monitor product performance using analytics tools; suggest improvements.

• Ensure smooth collaboration across dependent, upstream, and downstream teams.

• Act as both Scrum Master/PM and Business Analyst as required.

Required Skills & Experience

• Max. 10 years' total experience, with 3+ years as PM/Scrum Master and BA.

• Strong background in Ecommerce/Retail Loyalty Applications (B2B/B2C).

• Technical familiarity with Java, Spring Boot, JPA, MySQL, JavaScript, Azure DevOps, Azure WebServices.

• Proficiency with Agile practices, JIRA, and project management frameworks.

• Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and communication skills.

• Certification in Product Owner/PMP/Scrum Master is mandatory.

• Local Dutch candidates preferred due to hybrid setup in Rotterdam.
