Your Role:
  • Complete new installations, reactive repairs, and planned maintenance tasks as part of a skilled maintenance team.
  • Carry out all plumbing and mechanical work (including associated components) to the required standards and in line with provided documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality procedures at all times.
  • Report hazards, near misses, and safety concerns promptly through the appropriate channels.
  • Take reasonable steps to protect the health and safety of yourself, colleagues, and the public during all activities.
What We're Looking For:
  • Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or equivalent (City & Guilds Tech 2), Manual Handling certification.
  • Experience: Proven background as a Plumber with knowledge of safe systems of work and multi-discipline environments.
  • Skills: Ability to interpret drawings and specifications, plan jobs, and requisition materials. Competent in RAMS and safe working practices.
  • Security: Must hold or be eligible to obtain security clearance.
  • Driving Licence: Full UK valid driving licence required.
