The Plumbing Curriculum Team Leader will need to have:

• A recognised teaching & assessor qualification (desirable), with one acceptable qualification
• A strong understanding of the construction industry, including current trends, legislation, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds
• Experience working closely with the Plumbing curriculum manager to plan, monitor, manage, and evaluate the curriculum
• Cert Ed/PGCE or relevant teaching/training qualification
• Degree or equivalent qualification
• Appropriate Level 3 subject specialism
• A1 or TAQA verifier award
• The role involves a teaching commitment of 19 hours per week
