Plumbing & Heating Supervisor

Our client is a premier builders' merchant in Ireland, offering a wide range of building materials, plumbing products, and DIY supplies. With a strong nationwide presence, they serve both professional tradespeople and DIY customers, providing top-tier products and expert service. They are now seeking a Plumbing & Heating Supervisor to be based in Tullamore.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support the Heating and Plumbing Sales team.
• Ensure customer enquiries are processed and followed up efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions.
• Coordinate with suppliers to manage product sourcing and deliveries.
• Work closely with External Sales Representatives to ensure accurate order processing.
• Foster long-term customer loyalty through relationship building.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of heating and plumbing products.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and computerized accounting systems is an advantage.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent attention to detail.
