What You'll Be Doing

Installations & Commissioning
Carry out high-quality installation, testing, inspection, and commissioning of air source heat pump systems.
Ensure all work is delivered to the highest standards, on time and within scope.

Servicing & Maintenance
Conduct routine maintenance and repair work on installed systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Customer Interaction & Support
Deliver professional, friendly on-site support.
Provide clear handovers, including product demonstrations and guidance on usage and upkeep.

Compliance & Quality
Ensure all installations meet industry regulations and internal quality standards.
Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to all compliance procedures.

Efficiency & Communication
Work to meet service-level agreements and productivity targets.
Use back-office systems confidently and represent the company in a courteous and professional manner.

What You'll Need

Essential Qualifications:
Level 3 Award in Air Source Heat Pump Systems (non-refrigerant circuits)
BPEC G3 Unvented Hot Water
Water Regulations (WRAS)
CSCS card (desirable)

Experience & Skills:
Proven experience installing, commissioning, and maintaining air source heat pump systems
Strong understanding of heat pump controls and renewable systems
Ability to read technical drawings and system plans
Excellent time management and problem-solving skills

Other Requirements:
Full UK driving licence and access to own tools (a van is provided)
Able to pass a basic criminal record check
Eligible to work in the UK and provide references for the last 5 years
Willing to travel across the West Midlands and surrounding areas
