Plumber & Facilities Tech (12-Month FTC)

A leading global real estate service firm is hiring a Plumber for a 12-month fixed term contract. This role involves performing preventive maintenance and repairs on plumbing and mechanical systems, including water and medical gas supply. You'll assist with installations and ensure systems are operationally safe while providing training to junior staff. The ideal candidate will hold Plumbing City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2/3, have maintenance experience, and possess good time management skills.
