Keep family breaks running smoothly

You will be responsible for resolving maintenance issues across guest accommodation and village buildings. You'll ensure timely repairs, preventative maintenance and deliver excellent customer service.

• Carry out inspections and planned preventative maintenance
• Report defects and assist with general technical tasks
• Respond to maintenance callouts and complete repairs

Your working hours

• Part time contract, with shifts falling between 6am and 2pm
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 75 hours over a 4 week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements.
• This role includes early mornings, weekends and bank holidays
• Premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday
• You will be 'on call' during late shifts to handle any out of hours issues

About you

• NFQ Level 6 Advanced Certificate Craft - Plumbing, Pipefitting or equivalent (i.e. National Craft Certificate)
• Full driving licence, held for a minimum of 6 months
• Previous trade experience (electrical or mechanical)
• Excellent customer service skills
