We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Implementation Lead to deliver PLM and MES transformation projects within complex engineering and manufacturing environments.

You will lead the end-to-end delivery of integrated digital engineering solutions, managing multidisciplinary teams and ensuring successful implementation across leading platforms such as Teamcenter, Windchill, ENOVIA, Opcenter, ThingWorx or DELMIA.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of PLM and MES implementation projects (end-to-end)
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources and budgets
• Oversee solution implementation, testing and deployment
• Act as the key stakeholder interface, managing expectations and communication
• Drive requirements gathering, planning, risk management and change adoption
• Ensure high-quality delivery through testing, validation and issue resolution

Key experience required

• Strong experience delivering digital engineering/PLM/MES projects
• Experience working with Siemens, PTC or Dassault platforms
• Proven delivery within Industrial, Aerospace, Defence or Automotive sectors
• Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills
• Experience working in consulting or system integration environments

Desirable

• Experience with PLM/MES integrations with ERP systems
• Cloud-based deployment experience
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile
