Playground Operations & PSS Administrator - Glendale Milton Keynes

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Playground Operations & PSS Administrator to join our team based in Old Wolverton, Milton Keynes. In this role, you will manage our core Playground Inspection System (PSS), coordinate vital site operations, and handle essential procurement and client communication to ensure our play spaces remain safe and functional.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update the PSS (Playground Inspection System) software with accurate data regarding playground assets.
  • Log routine safety inspection data & compliance documentation into PSS.
  • Ensure all playground site details, equipment conditions and history are kept up to date.
  • Monitor inventory levels, order replacement playground parts, and manage incoming stock.
  • Collect weekly staff timesheets.
  • Maintain and update the staff training matrix.
  • Manage and order staff PPE as needed.
  • Provide administrative coverage for absent team members (e.g., during annual leave).
  • Handle the printing and meticulous documentation of vehicle sheets, ensuring they remain up-to-date.
  • Provide support to management during staff meetings, including accurate note-taking when required.
  • Participate/arrange monthly social value work required in the contract.
  • Act as a main point of contact for client queries regarding playground status and updates.
  • General Administration: Handle day-to-day office tasks, including email correspondence, filing, and reporting.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Proven experience in administration or a comparable support role.
  • Exceptional organisational capabilities, demonstrated by a high level of attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage multiple, competing priorities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for clear and professional interaction with team members, suppliers, and clients.
  • Proficiency in operating Microsoft Office suite (note: the company primarily uses Google Workspace).
