Job Description

Our UK Based Insurance client are seeking a skilled Platform Engineer to join their dynamic team. This role is initially remote for the first six months, with the opportunity to transition to a permanent position or extension, Initial contract will be fully remote with a transition to permanent requiring hybrid office work in Budapest.

Responsibilities

• Administer Azure DevOps environments, including projects, pipelines, and agents.
• Manage GitHub repositories and workflows effectively.
• Maintain and manage artifact repositories such as ProGet, Nexus, and Artifactory.
• Ensure the security, compliance, and performance of CI/CD tooling.
• Provide support to developers with automation and integration tasks.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in Azure DevOps administration.
• Expertise in GitHub administration and repository management.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tooling.
• Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in building and optimising CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of networking and cloud fundamentals.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal IT stakeholders.
