Platform Engineer

Our client is seeking a Platform Engineer to join their team for a freelance B2B contract that is expected to last 5 months, with potential for additional extensions. This position would require 3 days a week on-site in Vilnius and 2 days remote for the duration.

• Location: Hybrid in Vilnius
• Languages: English Speaking

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience with container security and image strategies.
• Familiarity with Chainguard's tooling, including patched toolchains and base image variants.
• Experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipeline design.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenShift, and AWS cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of Java is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively across teams
