Plant Manager - 24/7 Regulated Manufacturing, Hybrid

Euro-projects Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Plant Manager / Site Manager to lead a 60-person manufacturing unit in the Kirkcaldy / Glenrothes area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulated industries such as medical devices and aerospace. Responsibilities include managing production, engineering, and supply chain while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

This position offers a competitive salary of £105,000 - £115,000 plus bonuses and an 8% pension contribution. Work-from-home flexibility is available one day per week.
