• Supervise and motivate the plant area team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
• Maintain high standards of plant care, including watering, pruning, and pest control.
• Monitor inventory levels, order new stock, and ensure accurate stock management.
• Implement merchandising strategies to enhance the visual appeal of the plant area and drive sales.
• Provide expert advice to customers on plant selection, care, and maintenance.

Requirements

• Previous experience in horticulture or a related field.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
• Excellent plant knowledge and a passion for horticulture.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
