Job Description

The Senior Planning Solicitor will be:

• Providing strategic planning advice on major development projects across the UK
• Advising on planning and highways agreements, listed building and conservation issues
• Managing client relationships and leading a team of junior solicitors
• Representing clients in planning inquiries
• Collaborating with other departments to deliver integrated legal solutions
• Taking the lead on business development.

The Successful Applicant

The Senior Planning Solicitor should be / have;

• A solicitor or equivalent with 7+ years PQE in planning law
• Experienced in advising on major development projects, including residential and commercial schemes
• Proficient in handling planning and highways agreements, listed building and conservation issues
• Skilled in managing client relationships and leading a team
• Come from a practice or local authority background
• Ties to Leeds
