Planning Solicitor

One of the largest Planning teams nationally is seeking to appoint a Planning Solicitor to one of its East Midlands offices. You will work across a variety of planning matters, with leading individuals in this field. This opportunity offers genuine career progression.

This Planning team has been identified as one of the fastest growing in the market and is seeking to continue that growth. You will be involved in dealing with s106 agreements, Highways and Statutory Agreements, advising on planning and highways law, and undertaking corporate support work for property and corporate transactions.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be NQ to 6 years PQE
• Have experience in planning law, ideally with a seat during training at least
• Be from private practice or local authority
