As a Planning Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects for developers and housebuilders throughout the UK, covering town and country planning, highways, compulsory purchase, planning litigation, enforcement, DCO and infrastructure matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in town and country planning, highways, compulsory purchase, and compensation. Experience in DCO infrastructure projects would be advantageous, but the firm is also able to provide high-quality training in this area for the right individual.
