Planning Senior First Line Manager

Here at GXO, we're recruiting for a Planning Senior First Line Manager (SFLM) to support our Planning & MI function for The Entertainer contract in Banbury. This is a full time, permanent role, working Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 16:00 (flexible).

What you'll do on a typical day:

• Provide administrative and analytical support to the Planning Manager, including holiday cover
• Work directly with customers to build reports and provide accurate updates
• Extract, validate and process data from multiple systems
• Produce and distribute daily operational reports
• Create clear PowerPoint presentations for meetings and stakeholders

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Intermediate Excel skills, including XLOOKUP and PivotTables
• Ability to build structured and engaging PowerPoint presentations
• Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy
• Confident communicator with a professional, collaborative approach
• Proactive, organised and eager to learn within a fast moving environment
