Planning Scheduling Lead

My client, an international consultancy working within the infrastructure sector, has an opening for an experienced planning/scheduling manager

We are seeking experienced manager-level planning and scheduling professionals with strong infrastructure or capital project backgrounds. This is a Primavera P6-led role focused on developing, assuring, and challenging complex project schedules, rather than simply maintaining programs. Candidates should be able to credibly engage with clients, contractors, and program leadership and challenge delivery assumptions from first principles.

Key requirements

• Strong Primavera P6 capability.
• Infrastructure, construction, energy, utilities, transport, data center, or other capital project experience.
• Experience developing, assuring, and challenging integrated schedules.
• Understanding of critical path analysis, program controls, schedule recovery, productivity assumptions, and construction sequencing.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead planning discussions.

Role details

• Location: Hybrid from Dublin or Cork.
• Level: Manager.
• Salary range: €80,000 - €95,000 base salary.
