Our client is seeking a Policy Manager on a contract basis to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing planning policies that support sustainable initiatives
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with regional and national planning frameworks
• Conducting policy reviews and providing recommendations for improvements
• Facilitating consultations and workshops with community and industry stakeholders
• Preparing detailed reports and presentations for policy proposals

Job Requirements:

• Experience in town planning and planning policy
• Strong knowledge of regional and national planning frameworks
• Proficiency in conducting policy reviews and providing strategic recommendations
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills
• Ability to manage stakeholder consultations and workshops effectively
• Understanding of the legislative context and best practices in the field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
