Planning Lawyer (Hybrid)

Planning Lawyer (Hybrid) needed in Islington, £294 per day

PAYE - Reference: RQ

1 day a week in the office.

Responsibilities:

1. Drafting and negotiating section 106 unilateral undertakings and agreements, highways agreements, and related matters.
2. Advising on planning, highways, and road traffic matters, including drafting or reviewing legal implications in decision reports.
3. Dealing with contentious planning matters such as judicial reviews and planning appeals.
4. Attending planning committee meetings.

This is a full-time role on a temporary basis.
