A highly reputable Local Authority in the East Midlands is seeking aPlanning Lawyer to join the team on a locum basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and growing team on a full-time basis. It is a remote working position.

The Planning Lawyer role:

Key duties of the Planning Lawyer will include:

• Dealing with a variety of planning matters such as:
• Highways wor
• S106's
• S78's
• Deeds of variations on S106's
• Planning committee
