Planning Consultant

A leading multidisciplinary consultancy is seeking a Planner to join its Lincoln office. The firm has a strong presence across rural, residential and commercial development, offering exposure to a varied and interesting project portfolio.

You will support the delivery of planning services across multiple sectors.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing planning applications and supporting reports
• Undertaking site appraisals and feasibility studies
• Liaising with clients, local authorities and stakeholders
• Supporting senior colleagues on larger projects
• Attending meetings and contributing to project delivery

The role offers a strong foundation for long-term career development.

• Degree qualified in Town Planning or related field
• Working towards MRTPI
• Experience within consultancy or local authority
• Strong communication and report writing skills
• Enthusiastic and keen to progress
