Planning and Regeneration lawyer ref 013324

To support the development with the other Principal Lawyers and Assistant Principal Lawyers.

• To advise on matters arising in all areas of Planning and Regeneration, covering multiple clients, including local authorities casework which includes complex corporate projects.
• To advise on high profile matters, including advising elected members at client meetings in a proactive and politically sensitive manner.
• To act as a senior liaison point for clients and to line manage, provide professional support, supervision and development for more junior colleagues in the Planning and Regeneration team.
• To support the Principal Lawyer in the running, development and performance of the team, including deputising in the Principal Lawyer's absence.

This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis.
