Job Description

As a Planner, you will play a crucial role in reviewing and processing Purchase Requisitions and SAP Purchase Orders, while implementing effective procurement strategies, policies, and procedures. You will also serve as the key point of contact to troubleshoot and resolve Purchase Order issues, ensuring the accuracy of Purchase Orders and OTV databases and records.

Responsibilities

• Review and process Purchase Requisitions and SAP Purchase Orders.
• Implement procurement strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Purchase Order issues.
• Update overdue Purchase Orders, adjust prices, and address over-ship/short-ship/scrap quantities.
• Maintain accuracy of Purchase Orders and OTV databases and records.
• Process STO/RMA for warehouses and resolve related issues promptly.
• Coordinate with logistic and internal teams on import/export customs issues.
• Monitor progress of RMA and ensure KBBs are shipped out by the end of each week.
• Track and expedite incoming shipments and resolve receiving issues on time.
• Suggest and draft updates to departmental work instructions.
• Manage small projects or lead cross-functional improvement teams.
• Coordinate with warehouse for serial number details and arrange shipments to suppliers.
• Communicate effectively within the team and cross-functionally, as well as with key internal stakeholders and external partners.

Essential Skills

• Experience in supply chain management and logistics.
• Proficiency in procurement processes.
• Knowledge of SAP systems.
• Ability to perform testing and UAT.
• Strong communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• A relevant degree is required.
