Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and plan smart locker installations, maintenance, and corrective interventions across regions in Italy.
- Assign and manage tasks for internal and external technicians, optimizing resources based on geography and availability.
- Monitor and manage service tickets, ensuring resolutions within agreed SLAs.
- Continuously optimize technician scheduling based on proximity, availability, and skills.
- Act as a liaison between the technical team and departments such as logistics and operations.
- Identify and contribute to process improvements that boost operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Based in or around London or Manchester, with the flexibility to travel as needed.
- 2-3 years of experience in a coordination, planning, or partner-facing role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to clearly explain technical concepts and manage time-sensitive operations.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Proficient in Google Suite and digital tools.
