Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and plan smart locker installations, maintenance, and corrective interventions across regions in Italy.
• Assign and manage tasks for internal and external technicians, optimizing resources based on geography and availability.
• Monitor and manage service tickets, ensuring resolutions within agreed SLAs.
• Continuously optimize technician scheduling based on proximity, availability, and skills.
• Act as a liaison between the technical team and departments such as logistics and operations.
• Identify and contribute to process improvements that boost operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Based in or around London or Manchester, with the flexibility to travel as needed.
• 2-3 years of experience in a coordination, planning, or partner-facing role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to clearly explain technical concepts and manage time-sensitive operations.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Proficient in Google Suite and digital tools.
