We're growing, and we're looking for a highly organised, proactive Operations Planner/Scheduler to help keep our projects moving and our clients happy.

- Coordinate across multiple utilities (gas, water, electric, telecoms) and contractors to keep projects on track.
- Plan and schedule daily tasks to ensure on-time project delivery.
- Liaise with suppliers, developers, and clients, ensuring clear, professional communication.
- Prepare and submit site applications and plans for quotations.
- Manage and grow client relationships, offering reliable support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Solve problems and remove bottlenecks by working across departments.
- Organise and attend site visits and surveys where needed.
- Handle customer and contractor queries with confidence and clarity.
- Support account managers with scheduling, project tracking, and updates.
- Previous experience in operations planning or scheduling, ideally in utilities, construction, or infrastructure
- Solid understanding of multi-utility connections and sector-specific regulations (a big plus)
- Proficiency with scheduling tools and CRM systems
- Strong communicator with excellent organisational skills
- A natural multitasker who thrives under pressure
- Detail-driven, with a mindset for continuous improvement
