Planned Manager

I am working with an established Property Maintenance contractor to recruit a Planned Works Manager in Cornwall (Temporary - 3 to 6 months).
Duties will include:

• Overseeing planned works and refurbishment projects across residential properties
• Managing subcontractors on-site, ensuring works are delivered on time and within budget
• Monitoring project progress and reporting on key milestones
• Ensuring all works comply with current regulations, standards, and internal procedures
• Supporting contract delivery with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction

You will need:

• NVQ Level 4 in a relevant trade or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in a similar role within property or planned maintenance
• Strong contractor and site management skills
• Excellent knowledge of compliance and health & safety standards
• Budget control and project management experience
• Great communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and hit the ground running
• Driving licence (site travel may be required)
