Base Wood Fired Pizza is currently looking for experienced only full time Pizza Chef in our Castleknock Branch, Co. Dublin.

You will contribute to the overall success of your store, creating top quality pizzas while delivering excellent customer service to our customers.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Leadership & Training: Leading, training, and organizing the team, including supervising junior kitchen staff.
• Pizza Production: Hand-stretching dough, creating sauces, and assembling pizzas with fresh, seasonal ingredients.
• Quality Control: Operating and managing wood-fired to ensure the highest standards, particularly for our Neapolitan-Roman style pizza.
• Operations Management: Managing prep, inventory, ordering, and controlling food costs (GP) and waste.
• Compliance: Adhering to food hygiene, safety standards, and ensuring cleaning rotas are followed.
• Key Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Pizza Chef, Pizzaiolo, or in a professional kitchen is essential.
• Knowledge of traditional Neapolitan techniques or wood-fired oven operation is highly desired.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Wages

• Rates of Pay Starting at €16 - DOE
